Germany’s Transport Minister Volker Wissing said in Strasbourg late Monday that his crew of car-loving countries (which includes Italy, Poland and the Czech Republic) would compile a list of demands for the European Commission’s top team on a raft of automotive legislation, not least covering the 2035 zero-emissions sales mandate for cars and vans.
